Fixed flight widget position.

The X-UAV Mini Talon is a V-Tail plane. This commit adds the
new group "Plane V-Tail" together with a svg image for the
new group.

Adding missing qgcView to QGCMapPolygonVisuals instance in SurveyMapVisual.qml

This will make setup pages respond accordingly to armed state
transitions. This will also allow the settings on a page to at least be
visible while they are disabled.

This makes VehicleComponents reusable from core plugin without
requiring override of prerequisiteSetup
