For issue #2776

For QWidget we will just use the Qt default font sizes. This removes
the extra QQuickWidget creation which breaks boot Qml Profiling

Replacing some icons, cleaning up help text, etc.

- Delete all old map code

Usability plus, new features:
- 3DR Radio support
- APM Stack support

- All resources are either under src or under resources dirs
- Removed files top level directory
- Move flightgear files to top level dir
