Shows touch area extents when turned on

Allow plugin to define default font size, toolbar height and option to display/hide plan view selector.

Also updated some docs

Remove spurious debug message.

- Pervasive change to automatically connect to known board types

This allows for testing issues found on high dpi screen without needing
a high dpi screen. it does this by doubling the font sizes.

Everything is now based off of default font pixel size
