QGCUASParamManager and friends are replaced by FactSystem

- cancel support
- mag rotation images
- set board rotation before cal
- set compass rotation after mag cal

When you load a waypoint files, the changes you're doing in the waypoint list
(for example, changing the longitude of a waypoint) are not applied to the points
displayed on the map.
This commit fixes this issue.

I forgot an extra argument for debugging (and didn't have WarningsAsErrorsOn properly set)
No idea how that emit qDebug ended up in there.

New PFD: Update starting with 1 degree differences immediately to prevent the lag-impression occuring at 2.5 degree notches
