Fix initial load for Plan view

Add support for geofence return point. Also fixed a bunch of bugs in geofence and rally point support.

This time to handle correctly updating plan/fly view when plan changes

Update the user model to a single controller instead of multiple

Instead of hardcoded "QGroundContorl" strings

Use component id from heartbeat
