More work on vehicle connect state machine(s)

New initial connect state machine which supports COMPONENT_INFORMATION

App messages now use simple modal message dialogs. Vehicle messages continue to use non-modal popup.

This fixes a bug where a URL containing a hashtag (#) was displayed
