Allow window to size to down to as small as you want

Cleaning up old vehicle manager and getting it ready to actually provide services for a vehicle (flight management)
Added submit flight plan
Added update flight plan
Disable flight features as these don't seem to be quite working (values must be initialized and validated before submission as backend doesn't validate and the objects don't initialize their members)

Seems to work fine without out.

Also hand carried text to speech changes from Stable to master. Plus
unit tests for that.

This reverts commit 6620f803.

Helps battery life

Convert bool settings to SettingsFact

This makes it available on mobile builds
