Android OpenSSL support

Remove Android OpenSSL for now

Move to 64 bit, MSVC 2017

Pairing not supported under Windows
Remove zlib dependency for Windows.

Better build files for android bitness including #define tagging

Include prebuilt android OpenSLL libs

This is temporary until we get rid of it

Cleanup non Airmap builds

Move all airmap related stuff to its own directory

Add switch to QGCExternalLibs.pri to check whether 32bit or 64bit version of SDL should be used on windows

Even though it hasn't been supported forever, the files where still
being compiled
