Disable the active WP setting in the edit list, as its super error prone - only allow it in the view list and switch between views based on activity on the system / UI

use getAcceptanceRadiusRecommendation function to set default radius based on airframe. With this commit airframe based radius setting now works for + button and double click in map and also for all waypoints (also the first one)

Altitude splitted to altitudeAMSL and altitudeRelative, speed splitted to airSpeed and groundSpeed. PrimaryFlightDisplay uses airSpeed for FW and groundSpeed for MC.

Fix for bug where displaying WaypointList after adding offline waypoints resulted in an empty waypoint list, until the next waypoint was manually added

Removed the UnconnectedUASInfoWidget class as it could be replaced with a simple QLabel with the same functionality. Also styled the NO UAS warning on the ReadOnly mission view so it looks good in both dark and light themes.
