Work around a new Windows issue where the call to list the local network interfaces takes for freaking ever to return, blocking the UDP thread altogether.

Don't bother testing the reason for exiting the wait condition. If there is nothing to do, it will exit any way.

Fix typo.

Try/Finally causes window to close all the time
