Configurable Go To Location max distance

- NorthUp becomes NoseUp and is disable by default
- Changes on SVG to make them with the same diameter as the CompassDiag
- Change the order of the indicator layouts

- Remove HomeHeading / COG / HeadingToNext
- Add setting AdditionalIndicatorsCompass that group the previous
  settings

- Add setting for Heading to Next WP and Nort Up lock
- Add check for vehicle for every indicator to avoid showig them while
  no vehicle

Fix Mocklink UI

- Reimplement same behaviour as version 3.1 while resizing the window :
    Stretch the text area to fit the screen
- Change setting text from Alternate Instrument Panel to Vertical Instrument Panel

By default the Instrument Panel is the one from master,
It can be switched to alternate version by a checkbox in General Settings/Fly View

Update all files that use a QML Menu item to QtQuick.Controls 2.4 to solve the issue of a menu showing up in random places on Android.

Move fly view away from background and into main window. The size different was causing the map not to match the one in plan view.

Handles branding logo visibility according to available space.

Add show Teleemtry Log Replay Status Bar to Fly View settings
