I was unsure how to update the QwtPlotPrintFilter code, so I just commented it out with a FIXME.

qreal is a double on some platforms (x86) and a float on others (e.g. ARM), cast it to fix build errors like these:

This allows you to add XY graph plots of any data.  For example,
x,y position data of a servo.
