When you load a waypoint files, the changes you're doing in the waypoint list
(for example, changing the longitude of a waypoint) are not applied to the points
displayed on the map.
This commit fixes this issue.

Moving methods from MainWindow to QGCApplication so that more things
can run without a window. Helpful for testing.

UASWaypointManager: don't clear systemid and compid of last partner so that we can still get DO_JUMP updates

UASWaypointManager: accept single waypoint messages in order to update the remaining DO_JUMP repetitions

Also fixed typo in offline waypoint editing message.

This code previously existed, but wasn't always triggered. Now it should be.

Also these messages are now all translated.

Also added translation calls for some UI messages.

use getAcceptanceRadiusRecommendation function to set default radius based on airframe. With this commit airframe based radius setting now works for + button and double click in map and also for all waypoints (also the first one)

Fix for static const float cannot be initialized within a class definition, and other windows compile errors.

The right click menu will only show up when connected to an APM autopilot,
since this feature is APM only.

Erros casused by all of the mergedd branches are now fixed for qgroundcontrol.pro. Working on fixing the errors that now appeare in qgcunittest.pro.

qgcunittest.pro now compiles and runs as long as run in terminal in projcts->Run Settings is unchecked.

as long as the waypoint comes from the right systemID there is no
point rejecting it based on component ID. 

The current_partner_compid is also completely wrong in the code, so
checking it makes no sense anyway

Added a workaround to the mission management code where it would only accept messages addressed to the MAV_ID_MISSIONPLANNER component. This was causing problems with the send-loss value being calculated, so I decided to add this until a proper solution can be developed.

Some more bugfixes and improvements for the Mission Plan widget. The "current"-checkbox in "Onboard"-waypoints can no longer be changed by clicking directly, but it is handled internally by QGC. Now there should be one and only one checked checkbox, which shows the last KNOWN "current" waypoint on MAV. The white border around an unchecked checkbox means, that the user is requesting the change of current waypoint, but QGC has not received MISSION_CURRENT message as a confirmation yet. Also,if there is no response from UAV after pushing "Read" or "Refresh", the "Onboard" list will be deleted to indicate, that there is no information available.
