No signing support yet

bind1st and bind2nd are depreceated in C++11 because now we
have variadic templates, so remove them from the compile unit
if we are compilling in c++11 mode.

This only affects the build when using Qt 5.5.1. Other versions are unchanged.
So far only tested with Mac OS.
