Also remove support for old parameter version

If parameter version is too old, setup is not supported

Also, uas is kept in object

Put back commented out code

The parameters for calibration were changed in the latest master. QGC
needs to work with both. Hacked in for now, waiting on a true parameter
re-mapping implementation.
