Move calibration methods to Vehicle

- add NOTIFY for distanceSensor property
- add DistanceSensorReadingsChange() callback prototype

- revert excessive NOTIFY
- adding MaxSensor into DistanceSensor frame handling

- add proximity radar view in map view
- add proximity radar view in video view

change distance label positioning in video view
