Cleanup unused code

Add support for Linux and experimenting with settings (there are "set" but no "get" options for them though)

On desktop (Ethernet connection), the ground unit pushes UDP directly, which makes the use of an actual "Link" not possible. Instead, I've moved all of Taisync support to a "manager" owned by QGCToolbox.
Added a Taisync settings with some basics already wired and running.

Fix category change signalling.

Fix Values Widget gear color based on new combo box colors

Support 1 or 2 column layout

Fix delete file

Fix reset handling

Support editing non-default component parameters

Remove unused code

Limit all queries to areas smaller than 500km^2. If an area of interest is greater, clip to 500km^2 centered on current ROI's center.
Removed the identifier "Airmap" from error messages coming from Airmap.
Added a clipping function to QGCGeoBoundingCube (clip polygon to given area)
