Fixups for building without gstreamer/videostreaming support

This reverts commit 6620f803.

Previously, a completed file upload lead to this assert:
    Q_ASSERT(!_ackTimer.isActive());
because _closeUploadSeesion() was called twice, thus activating the timer
twice.
