UI Tweaks for all mobile platforms.

Clicking on the sumarry titles enters the edit mode
On the tests with users, they always clicked on the
title (because it resembled a button or something) and
nothing happened. it was a bit confusing to have the
same information in two places and only one of them
being clickable.

Add scroll height indicators to Flickable

Takes less real estate and flows better and small displays

Plus lots of other tweaks to ui for visuals

- MultiVehicleManager is a Qml friendly replacement for UASManager
- Vehicle is a replacement for both UAS and AutoPilotPlugin

Everything is now based off of default font pixel size

Use default font wherever possible. Where that doesn’t work, use
ScreenTools::dpiAdjustPointSize.

No longer buttons so switch to Rectangle for cleaner Qml
