- All resources are either under src or under resources dirs
- Removed files top level directory
- Move flightgear files to top level dir

Using QFileDialog directly on OS X can hang intermittently due to Qt
bug.

First, stupid, naive version of PX4 uploader, needs testing and cross-platform fixes. Compiles, ready for testing

Put libraries into one libs directory under qgroundcontrol. Changed the neccessary files with references to those libraries.

Added a mavgen.exe file which converts the xml into the header files. Only mavlink v1.0 is tested so far. the fixed headers in files/mavlink_generator/C should always be updated to the newest versions.
