The overloaded member signal just hit us, to use it is a pain
but the resuting code is faster and less error prone, so it's
still a good thing to do.

Map cacheing for < 5.5.0 was broken and we were using whatever default was provided by QtLocation. Now we're properly creating and configuring a cache manager.

Updated Google Maps API Version
Updated User Agent used for map tile requests

The problem only shows up on Windows and only if you have built your own
version of Qt. Must be something slightly different with the includes in
that case.

It was introduced by the Open Pilot URL Factory code.
