Propagate opacity and interactive properties to mission items
Set opacity to 0.5 for items that are not part of the current
edit view

Fix Menu crash caused by parenting

Add support for geofence return point. Also fixed a bunch of bugs in geofence and rally point support.

Otherwise things go haywire when points are added
