Refactored PX4 radio config to work with both PX4 and APM

Plus lots of other tweaks to ui for visuals

- Only show clear trim dialog once
- Remove animation from bars
- Move additional setup down with bar

Also:
- Prompts to reset trims to zero prior to calibrate
- Turned of radio check for now since it prevents spectrum bind
